My name is Susan DuQuesnay Bankston. I live in Richmond, Texas, in the heart of Tom DeLay's old district. It's nuttier than squirrel poop here.
I am honored and privileged to know Miss Juanita Jean Herownself, hairdresser extraordinary and political maven. Since she does not have time to fiddle with this internet stuff, I type her website for her and you can read it if you want to. If you don't, she truly does not give a big bear's butt.
A lot of what I post here has to do with local politics, but you probably have the same folks in your local government.
This ain't a blog. Blogs are way too trendy for me. This is a professional political organization.
The Germaphobic POTUS is not likely to lend a hand when he visits Texas again. He might catch something. Pence on the other hand arrived ready to work and he did. Now here the thing. Was that his wife constantly at his side? I thought he wasn’t allowed to eat with another woman. Now he can’t do good deeds where other women are present? I’ve given up on psychoanalyzing this bunch!
1Great collection, as always, Glad you’re still dry, and sending major props to Bolillo Bakery in Houston. For those who haven’t heard yet, the bakers were kept inside the bakery during the hurricane, and since they still had power, baked about a zillion loaves of bread and pan dulce (sweet bread) for distribution to the shelters and first responders. 2So many wonderful people have pitched in. Notable exception is traitor trump who, coward that he is, ran away. I hope he gets everything he deserves. In spades!
3That last cartoon is from The Times of London. Such a thrill to have a “president” who’s an international embarrassment and a**hole.
