  2. WA Skeptic says:

    Thumbs up for all these!

  3. A registry of Trump supporters, now that’s a great idea.
Then, a registry of dark money suppliers might change the whole complexion of the Repuglican race.

  4. Polite Kool Marxist says:

Less than a year out from the 2016 elections and the fodder for political cartoons is never ending. Re-education camps is a scary proposition. Then again don’t we have a civic responsibility to help those in need of recovery back to reality?

  5. I say that addressing people’s fears that their jobs are being shipped overseas until they agree to massive pay cuts, that they can’t afford health care, and that their children face a grim fate would solve this problem. Pity that the Republicans long ago realized that voters without fear don’t vote Republican – and that the 1% realized that a desperate workforce accepts pay cuts and elimination of environmental and workplace safety regulations.

When Nixon came back from China, he probably reported to the rest of the Republicans: “Hey, one-party rule, well-connected people can violate any laws with impunity, the police swiftly crush any troublemakers… if you ignore the word “Communist” that they use to scam the workers, they’re our kind of folks!”

  6. If only we could get the same restrictions the refugees face for gun purchases. Maybe I wouldn’t have had to listen to “celebratory” gun fire yesterday

  7. Marge Wood says:

Great year for fiction writers too, barely disguised fiction.

  8. The republi-can’t method of eliminating poverty:
    redefine it.

  9. Ole Scout –
Or make it illegal. That’s how they try to solve homelessness hereabouts. Though our mayors and city councils aren’t even all Repub’s.
