Florida Shooter is a White Supremacist
A leader of a white nationalist group, Republic of Florida, has admitted that the Florida high school shooter, who will remain unnamed on this page, is a member and has trained with them. At what point are we going to stop chasing Muslim boogey men and building walls against brown people coming from Mexico, and focus on the ACTUAL threat of homegrown violent white supremacists and gun nuts?
Never, as long as the homegrown violent while supremacists and gun nuts are just about thiiis far from being Republicans.

6Watching Lawrence right now: he had the pictures of all the children and the three teachers killed yesterday. Every time this happens and the “thoughts and prayers” start cascading forth, I am absolutely sure there is no god. No loving deity would save only some of those bright little faces. No god would permit the state of smugness being displayed by the governor and his sidekick Bondi. No god would leave so many families in total rubble. And no god ever heard a prayer from the most disgusting chief executive ever in our country or engineered a speech that a third grader could have written and read with greater empathy and warmth. I don’t know how those families put their feet on the ground going forward. Am so sick about this… And nothing will ever change as long as one of our political parties is evil and rotten to the core.

For the past 10 years or so – prayers and thoughts – don’t seem to be working. Now either God is not listening or she wants you to get off your asses and do something about this. I’m going for the latter.

9There are only 2 things bad with guns…1-it is too easy to kill with them., knife requires you to be up close and fast, bows require years of practice, swords are obvious and requires the killer to catch up with the victim, but guns are fast accurate and 100 victims in as many seconds is possible. and 2-the killer is emotionally separated from the killing … stand 20yds away-pull trigger-someone dies. With other means you have to get the blood on you and watch the victim’s eyes go blank.
10And in this present example ..if the killer was insane then you must consider the white aholes who he associated with are all insane as well. Most insane people don’t kill, the killers are mostly bigoted aholes filled with hate who very well know right from wrong!
The ‘they will use alternate methods’ is a BS argument, as while the killer is wasting time trying to kill me with a knife (and mine is just as sharp) the killer has allowed 100 others to run away, while I will also be hurting the killer as well. Yes guns are NOT the cause of the shooting, but the gun makes the killing SSSOOOOooo much easier!
I was thinking about this all day yesterday. I am sickened by the lack of response to all the shootings.
11So here is my thought.
Every Congressman and every Senator should be required to attend a meeting. The doors would be locked. Every photo from that shooting, all the dead kids and teaches, any photo that the first responders and police have and see would have to be viewed by every member.
And they would not be able to leave until they came up with a plan to reduce gun violence.
Let them see what they are NOT preventing.
And they would each have to attend a funeral of one of the victims.
Enough is enough.
The NRA is the reason my brother in law quit hunting. There were suddenly people running around the woods with automatics rather than the old school long guns like a .22. No training required to shoot with automatics. A long gun required practice taking aim. Automatics aren’t snobs. They don’t even need to be aimed at a target. Everything is the target. He ended up convinced that AK’s are the preferences of loonies. Hence, anyone who uses one is a loon. Try to convince these AK lovers that the weapon is made just for lazy people and not real gun lovers is useless. They screech 2nd Amendment. Obviously they never heard of what Justice Scalia said about automatics. Wonder who is keeping these people so damn dumb? Since they aren’t that sharp to begin with, obviously someone or something is supporting them.
12It’s not just white supremacists, it’s men. White men have lost their minds. It’s too dangerous for all the rest of us for white men to own guns.

The designer of the AR-15 made it specifically for the military to kill large numbers of PEOPLE quickly during war. This weapon should never have been sold to the general public. IMO, they should be outlawed and sales banned forever. What is truly scary, is that there are already hundreds of thousands of them out there.

15Jeff sez right. Apparently the leader of the racist group made up the story. SPLC has been watching this small enclave of people and they can find no evidence the shooter had any connections to the group.
It might could be he is still a Drumpd supporter although someone else claimed he registered as a Dem.
16We’re with the students on the issue of school safety. All too tired of #*@t for brains politicians with their no #*@t Shyster observations of these shooters having mental issues, while ‘studiously’ stepping around the fact that they were armed with easily obtained assault rifles. Return the ban on military style weapons in the hands of civilians. And, please quit treating us like we’re the st00pid ones. We are well aware that a ban on assault weapons won’t solve all murders, but we’re all for ending mass murder where we can as a starting point.
To add insult to this latest injury Donnie is inbound to Florida and plans to take precious time from his golf at Mar-Duh-Blow-Hole to share some of his stable genius with the students and their families. Yeah that guy. The one who submitted a budget that would cut school safety funding by $25 million dollars, cut $400 million to prevent bullying, and stop funding the School Emergency Response to Violence that was put in place following Sandy Hook. Thanks, Dotard45. That $25 million matches the amount grifted out of your Inaugural Fund by Messy’s personal advisor. Cut $400 from a bullying fund? Why not. Messy has bullying handled, too. Riiiiiiiiiiiight?
Let’s hope the angry parents and students don’t hurt little Donnie’s feelings. Or, little Rocket Man is in for a twitter storm the likes of which he’s never …. wait … what … oh, he saw that last week and weeks before that.
