Crisis of the Day! No, Wait, It’s Not Even Noon Yet So It Could Get Worse. UPDATED: Crisis Averted Until Thursday.
The Washington Post says that Rod Rosenstein is going to the White House this morning to offer his resignation.
Rosenstein is poopie del pollo. If he is serious about protecting the Mueller investigation, he would sit still and wait to be fired – just like Jeff Session is doing.
I’m hoping this is just more crap from Trump’s blabber, because if Rosenstein resigns before Mueller finishes his investigation, you can bet that Jared will be the new director of the FBI.
UPDATE: No quitting, no firing, It’s just a normal day in America. No crisis until Thursday. Here ya go.
What a dreadful prediction: Jared as FBI director. He is resoundingly qualified to be a department store manniken, period.

2I was worried for a moment Rosenstein might be fired because Trump isn’t in the White House. And he doesn’t have the guts to fire Rod face to face. He would have one of his staff of fellow traitors do it.
3No firing. No real anything. If Rosenstein was fired, it would only add to the obstruction of justice charge already in place with plenty of meat on it. Rosenstein insists that his remarks on wearing a wire in Trump’s presence was a joke. OK. tRump makes the same kind of remarks and makes sure later on when he is accused that they really only sarcastic remarks not to be taken seriously. The same “grace” should be afforded Rosenstein IF he ever really did spout such stuff. That would be the closest to even-handed justice ever shown by this maladministration.
4On a reality show, this would be called a teaser.

The media got played once again by the Trump White House. Every minute they’re focusing on this fake story they’re not focusing on the Kavanaugh debacle.

The picture is of Brett Kavanaugh walking arm-in-arm with Karl Rove, evidently deplaning from a convivial trip, back when both were in G. W. Bush’s White House.
I thought I smelled that old familiar Rovian stench from good ol’ Turd Blossom in this whole affair, particularly the pre-loaded smear campaigns against Dr. Blasey, etc.
I’d bet that the Rethugs knew about the whole Dr. Blasey Ford’s potential scandal either before or at the same time that the Democrats were advised of it by Dr. Blasey herself.
That’s one thing that good ol’ KKKarl is great at, doing the oppo research in depth, and being ready to defend his side, and attack-attack-attack the opposition.
If only the Democrats had a dozen like him. Well, not ‘exactly’ like him, but just as skilled, to counter and initiate an offensive when needed.

IF he gets fired, it will happen today (Tuesday)or Wednesday. The habit of the orange slug is to fire via Twitter – so I highly doubt it will happen when they meet on Thursday. The OS is such a coward – he cannot fire to their faces. OR it will happen after the highly touted meeting on Thursday. That said, Rosenstein should absolutely sit tight and follow through with this.
