Pence Goes to Hamilton – Gets Booed and Addressed by Cast
Mike Pence showed up tonight to the evening performance of Hamilton on Broadway. There were a few cheers, but he was roundly booed by most of the crowd. At the curtain call, Brandon Victor Dixon, who plays Aaror Burr, with the cast assembled behind him addressed Pence saying,
“We, sir, we are the diverse America who are alarmed and anxious that your new administration will not protect us, our planet, our children, our parents, or defend us and uphold our alienable rights, sir. But we truly hope this show has inspired you to uphold our American values and to work on behalf of all of us. We truly thank you for sharing this show, this wonderful American story told by a diverse group of men, women of different colors, creeds and orientation.”

21Buzzfeed has an article that says some people think Trump is throwing his little hissy fit about Pence and “Hamilton” to try to detract from the news about the Trump University settlement.
Trump fans are also threatening to boycott “Hamilton”. Since it is impossible to get tickets (seats are sold out through August, 2017) the thought of a boycott is pretty ludicrous. Never underestimate the intelligence of a Trump fan. They truly are dumber than dirt. Why should they apologize? They were respectful and reasonable. They simply used an opportunity to address the vp-elect about a concern. Isn’t that how politics supposed to work?

Debbo, 2018 put a hole in our it’s gonna have to wait again swimming pool. Those funds are now earmarked to support Planned Parenthood, the ACLU and a raft of 2018 candidates. Not to worry.
