My name is Susan DuQuesnay Bankston. I live in Richmond, Texas, in the heart of Tom DeLay's old district. It's nuttier than squirrel poop here.
I am honored and privileged to know Miss Juanita Jean Herownself, hairdresser extraordinary and political maven. Since she does not have time to fiddle with this internet stuff, I type her website for her and you can read it if you want to. If you don't, she truly does not give a big bear's butt.
A lot of what I post here has to do with local politics, but you probably have the same folks in your local government.
This ain't a blog. Blogs are way too trendy for me. This is a professional political organization.

1I watched the whole “I hate Obama show” there were only losers….
2Not many with the inflated egos of this bunch!
3Around here, shouting at an old man like that would qualify as Elder Abuse.
4A couple of things I learned last night:
5*Anytime RP says “The truth is” it’s a lie.
*Anytime they talk about shrinking the government and deregulation they’re really talking about the GOP elephant squashing us little guys and abolishing the rights of everyone but big business.
*Why is nobody pointing out that RP’s vacination mandate for all Texas girls is the same idea of a mandate requiring all people to have health insurance? If he’s so passionate about stopping cancer, seems like he should like to provide help for all Texans.

10@ karenaboutamerica, You are so right. RP’s fans call it swagger but it’s just a misguided sense of arrogant bullet-proofness becuase he thinks he’s above the law simply becuase he’s politician.
RP’s administration is that way too. Just look at the story about RP’s faith based leader and the cover up of her actions. (She’s had adulterous affairs using state money) and she has a tendancy to take her clothes off in public. It’s pretty astounding.
